SSX+Infinity?

The GM of Infinity, a guild struggling to get ppl for raids, has asked me if we have ppl that would like to raid some with them, from our behalf casual as always, they in the long run would like to progress I suspect.

Just asking now to see if ppl are intrested in doing this, if so we'd start off with some MC runs, see how things go.

Kratox, the GM of Infinity wants to start off with 2 runs that ppl roll for the drops, and later use DKP, everyone would start off from scratch, and we'd use that system, not really sure how it would be and so on. Still not worked everything out as atm, just checking if ppl want to do this.

Depends on the terms. I would really like to see our young'ens equipped. I don't mind MT-ing in prot spec.

Raiding in my opinion does require a piece of discipline. This means people can't go afk for "walking the dog, dropping a movie off etc. etc." (please note that no people are pointed at and these examples are merely used as examples)

If people want to go down this path I'll be happy to join.

The way how the fellowship came to an end is one of the 2 events i regret in WoW & would wish to undo.
Except that the position/relation here would be substentialy different compared to the fellowship with GoE. So the issue is a no concern imo.

If you mean you can plow through MOLTEN BORE again... as a helping hand, as a guide, if you think its a good occupation (its certainly in the spirit of ssx) by all means try it & go from there.

but maybe a rule should be made in no approaches should be made

by either guild to snatch members away

Agree. But we have to try it out to know don't we? :] A couple of MC runs with em wouldnt hurt, the worst thing that could happen is that we never wanna raid with em again.

If ppl want to raid, we really got nothing to loose trying it out a couple of times before any dkp-system is set up.

I agree with komfort on this one. Nothing too bad can come out if we try out a few runs at first. It will also be an opportunity to get to know some of the members of infinity before we actually start any proper raiding system.

Think same as many other's.. It never hurts to try.. We just have to make sure they will play nice.. (hehe feels like im talking about children, play nice now.. dont poke the other kids in the eye hehe)

Oh the Sad dissiloution of the Fellowship, i never want to go through something like that again, too many torn loyalties & some lost friends. Though then finding a truly great guild to call home at the end of it makes the whole thing feel less bitter

However I agree that this is not the same thing, as Sofia said to help as a guide, impart some of our experience, have a bit of fun so yeah in my opinion i think give them some runs, see how it pans out, hope they are not too epic horney. Personally i won't be running that much MC, i think i could find my way through there without even turning my screen on though if i'm about i'll give a hand when needed.
