I've not played WoW for more than a month, it's not that I've grown tired of the game but something happened to me that has hindered my access to pretty much any internet fun.
Some of you might remember that I went to Florida to attend a cruise in the carribean... it was a 5 day cruise and let me tell you the first 3 days were smashingly fun and enjoyable.
But then came the 4th day, after a nice lecture by Michael Shermer I went to the Windjammer Buftet/restaurant to get me some lunch before a magic show by Banacheck.
And I slipped on the wet floor, the resulting injury was a twisted knee and.................a fractured femur neck, they brought me down to the medical facility and x-rayed me. It turned out that I had to go to a hospital in Miami to get it surgically corrected and fixated with screws.
11 hour we arrived of the coast of Miami and the US Coast Guard came by with a Cutter to get me to shore. From there I went to Mount Sinai and went through some more x-rays and ct-scans.
Well they operated on me and I spent more than a week in the hospital before the insurance company got me home to my country, Where I've spent almost 3 weks recuperating and awaiting transfer to rehab.
Aaaaaaand even though I got a spiffy laptop I am unable to access any proper connection from here (I am restricted to a dial up) stranglely enough the hospital staff seems somewhat reluctant to let me get access to their networks.
I hope I'll soon be able to play WoW again.

But seriously ouch mate, hope it does not give you too much grief and come back to us soon and try and stay in 1 piece.
Bah at them for not letting you have access to there network, sounds like it's time 2 go wireless and if you can wander the grounds at all see if you can find any unsecured networks, walking round brighton i find loads and and infact just about everywhere i've taken my laptop i've managed to find 1 if i wander around a bit, even managed to find some right out in the sticks in a tiny village called Isfield. Well as far as i'm concerned if it's unsecured they may have well have posted you a invite ^^
