Moderators are "special" folks.

They need to be EXTRA aware of what they are saying and how they are saying it. The way the message is presented is as important if not more important than the message itself sometimes.

And everyone should remember, if you DO have a problem with a mod, the larger community is here to help. We may not side with you, but we might be able to either explain or sooth things over if a mod does make a mistake.

Short answer? If you have a problem, use the community. I should not be meeting you for the first time after you have resigned over a dispute with someone.
