just like resistence...I also have encountered the "extreme farming messages" so needless to say I think I have farmed enough for now. My spot was the gate point for the black curtain. Right before you get in there are like 9 or 10 grasping ghouls and you can kill them really easily and you get decent money + bones. so quick money is there in under 2 min a pop.
