Easiest way - submit to photobucket. They'll give you a thumbnail while you're there.

The "real man's way": Open it in an image editor, resize and save with "thumb" on the filename, then upload alongside the large image.

Home desktop, kind of empty now since it's a new computer though, my desktop is usually a mess but I've decided I will sort my things better now!
