For those we've not reached yet, we've had a rough week with our US ventrillo server with crashes, lag, and finally ended in it going down last night and still down as of this afternoon. Tickets had been submitted throughout the week without any response. As a result we ended up getting a server through a different provider today that provides 24/7 support and a 99% uptime guarantee. It was a little more than our old one but came with an increased user count of 60 connections.
As always, we welcome other SSX members to come talk with us and hang out anytime, so if you'd like the connection info to the new server please send me a pm and I will respond back with it.

It's a different address and port number since it's under a different provider.
