The Shattered Star

The story in short:

This evening around 18:30 local time we were at home eating chicken curry. Then the labor started to kick in. By 19:00 my parents came to fetch my eldest son (almost 2 years old now) and we left for the hospital. By 19:20 we were in the hospital and my wife was officially checked in at 19:38.

At 19:54 my newborn Arend made his appearance. He's measuring 54cm and weighs 3880 grams. Both mother and child are in exceptional health.

The father went to a bar to celebrate and is writing this message mildly drunk, both on alcohol and happiness.

Another Shattered Star is born
