Say you want to blow up a tower or building with your remote charges that you just got, that's all fine and dandy, but here is a few things you might want to consider before blowing the living frak out of a given building:

1) Treat Red Faction 3 like it has real friggan physics, because it damn near does.

2) Pretend your cutting a tree when it comes to felling mighty towers and such. Make a hole on one side and watch it fall over nicely. However, don't do what I did, and make an assumption on where the building will fall. I had a Coyote moment when I saw a tower slowly falling towards me, and I just pulled out my tiny umbrella to wait for the worst.

3) For the love of what ever deity you worship, learn what's explosive. If your gut instinct tells you something might be an explosive object, then listen to it. I didn't listen to mine and now I am scattered to the four winds. -_-;

4) Speaking of explosives, explosive barrels that you can pick up and move to different locations, make great remote charge substitutes.

5) That creaking sound the building is making is a key sound. It means that it's about to fall over. (most of the time...) So yeah.. don't be around it when it does.

6) And finally, don't be inside a building when you blow the final supports... That's just stupid.

The destruction physics really do add a whole new level of fun to the game, love it.
"My name is Ozymandias, King of Kings:
Look on my works, ye mighty, and despair!"
Nothing beside remains. Round the decay
Of that colossal wreck, boundless and bare,
The lone and level sands stretch far away.
