My Main Pad, unfortunately hit a holding pattern a week or so ago when Bioware broke my Class quests.
A patch came out and it BUGGED/reintroduced a class quest I had already completed/turned in.
Making it impossible to re-complete the old one OR turn in my current class quest...
Nor can I abandon or reset them...
They keep closing my tickets and saying that it has been sent to bug department, but wont reset/unstuck my char,
So I will be playing alts for now...
Leveled up a lvl21 Mercenary (Soulbiter), lvl12 Sorcerer (Andakt) so far on Bloodworthy
Also, lvl 11 Shadow (Padishar) and lvl 11 Sentinel (Pad) on JediCovenant

That just plain sucks to here. I haven't hit anything that bad my self. But the whole warzone wins not counting towards daily/weekly missions and put me off playing my BH for the time being. I'll either be on my Assassin tank Anolia on Bloodworthy, or playing on Kia'nara my Scoundrel on Jedi Covanant until they put some bug fixes in. I hope they get some fixes in place soon.

Have you tried either of these Pad? The email or phone contacts that is - http://www.swtor.com/support/form
The page does say about creating a ticket for assistance ingame but phone or email support (or both) may be worth a try too. If you tell em you've already sent tickets but had them closed and forwarded to the bug department yet still can't progress mebbe there's something they can do. Really crappy that you've been pretty much forced to play alts.
Or if it has to be ingame. When you submitted the ticket did you submit it under a bug report subject?. If so try one of the others instead and see if you get a reply other than that it has been sent to the bug department just incase.

Yeah, I tried everything I can think of, including multiple submittable ways, and it keeps getting closed and sent in as just a "bug"
When to me its more than a "bug", since I cant progress my storyline until it gets resolved

Well dang it, they shut down our customer support forum thread and stated
The thread wasn't just posting "hey we have an issue", but also that they keep closing our IN GAME tickets...Hello,
Because it is a class mission that is blocked you should get assistance by one of our ingame agents and hopefully they can solve your issue as fast as possible.

Ya I was losing faith in them ever fixing it and would have to either reroll or just not play that char anymore
And no the patch didn't fix it, in fact the latest patch broke even more storylines for people, which worked out in my favor.
Since we got a decent amount of customers addressing the issue, both through Bioware support and their forums.
So their devs finally got in contact with us and manually deleted the glitch quests.
That made it so I had to completely redo some class quests, but at least I can play again! ::glass half full::
Also they gave us each 3 free days of gametime... so thats like $1.50? hehe
