Elite Dangerous: Load Commander Y/N?

I appreciate that this isn't Star Citizen but chances are the same folks are interested in both.
It goes live on December 16th, I will be playing on and off.

I played it at Eurogamer Expo and really enjoyed it
I'll probably pick it up, but maybe not right away - got enough backlogged atm haha! Will definitely add you when I end up ingame Ash

I finally purchased it a couple of days ago
I'm looking forward to returning to the cockpit of a Cobra Mk III after almost 20 years.

This is the whole reason I backed it.
The original Elite back in the 80s was the game that hooked me.
